How to improve your Eyesight through Eye Exercises

Having poor eyesight is probably one of the most common medical conditions in world and whether in school, work or at home, there are always people who uses eye glasses or contact lenses that many of us came across with. The most common solution that people turn to is the use of eye glasses and lenses for the hope of improving their vision, but they are unaware that in the long run, wearing these things can only make matters worse. It is also very costly because of the fact that you have to change or upgrade them from time to time but it is a good thing that nowadays, there researches conducted that proved the importance of eye exercise to improve eyesight.

If we want our body to function well exercise is needed because through exercise, our muscles and bones move to increase levels of energy to our body so it can perform its function. Our eyes also have muscles; hence, they need to be exercised and when we exercise our eyes, we improve our eye muscles; enhance its internal functions, and also improves blood flow which later on improves our vision if done properly and correctly.

Doing eye exercises to improve eyesight are so easy to do but very effective in improving our vision and by doing these exercises, it is not only the vision that is being improved but also the capacity to concentrate and focus to certain things can be very advantageous to people. There are ways to do these exercises; first is blinking as not so long ago I have read in a magazine that spending long hours in front of the computer can deteriorate our vision. Radiation is the first thing that came to my mind when it comes to computers damaging our eyes, but I also discovered it is not solely the reason; rather, it is the fact that when we stay too long in front of the computer reading the document, our eyes and our minds are focused to reading it that is why we tend to forget to blink which results to the drying up of your yes, causing the damage. So, as a suggestion, we should make it a point to not forget to BLINK from time to time even when we are so focused on the computer screen.

You can also exercise your eyes through palming and this method may require your hands to be a little warm and you can do this by rubbing both hands together to create friction. Then place your palm on your eyes while relaxing your and circumcising your mind. Our minds also need to be circumcised and this process means cleansing our minds from all the negativities that it is thinking, just like circumcision.

Also we have the method called the dot exercise and this happens when we focus our vision to a dot or comma, staring at it for a long period of time. There will be fuzziness and blurriness in your vision but all you need to do is close your eyes a bit and then afterwards, you can keep doing the process with a more relaxed eyes and this time, you will consider blinking too. Here we have noticed that we can see better and clearly when our eyes are relaxed.

There are quite a number of eye exercises to improve eyesight and we all just have to practice these methods properly then our vision can be enhanced in the long period of time. It pays when you explore new alternatives for medical conditions such as your poor vision and people must learn to try other methods aside from the traditional methods as who knows, new methods may be the best solution for them without spending a big amount of money.
